Established in 2018, Bluebird Mountain Sports operates 3 winter rental outlets in New Mexico and Colorado. Bluebird Mountain Sports differentiates itself from competitors with a seamless rental experience and exceptional customer service. Their easy equipment rental and return processes, all-inclusive pricing, and flexible policies, have made them one of the top winter rental outlets in the area. 

Challenge

Bluebird Mountain Sports had been struggling with its off-the-shelf inventory management and customer reservations software due to the lack of flexibility and customization.
